Girl Takes Cardboard Cutout Of Danny DeVito To Prom, DeVito Returns The Favor

Last month, a 17-year-old high school student in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, took a cardboard cutout of Danny DeVito to her senior prom.

Allison Closs said she found "a shockingly wide variety" of premade Danny DeVito cutouts on Amazon and decided that he was worth the $100 price tag.

"I considered other celebrities, like Bill Nye the Science Guy," Allison told The New York Post. "But many of them would [have required] ordering a custom-made cutout, and I'm not about that money life, if you know what I'm saying."

And now, Danny DeVito has repaid the favor by taking a cardboard cutout of Allison to work.

Rob McElhenney, DeVito's "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" co-star, shared a photo of DeVito with the Allison cutout on Instagram.

"Hey Allison- I heard you took cardboard Danny to Prom. What a coincidence. He took cardboard Allison to Paddy's," McElhenney wrote.

Well played, Danny. Well played.
